Data Deletion Instructions

MessageMart AI lets businesses and their customers request deletion of personal data processed through the Service. This page explains how to submit a request, what data is removed, and how long it takes.
How to Request Data Deletion
To request deletion of your data, email support@messagemartai.com with the subject line "Data Deletion Request" and include:
- Your full name and the business account (if applicable).
- The email address or connected social account associated with your data.
- The platform(s) involved (Instagram, Facebook, WhatsApp Business, or TikTok), if relevant.
What Data Is Removed
Upon a verified deletion request, we remove:
- Stored conversation history and message content associated with your account.
- Order, customer, and contact information collected through the Service.
- Account and business profile data, including catalog and inventory records.
Some information may be retained for a limited period where required to comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, maintain security, or enforce our agreements, after which it will be deleted or anonymized.
Turnaround Time
We aim to process verified data deletion requests within 30 days of receipt. You will receive a confirmation email once deletion is complete.
Platform-Connected Data
If you disconnect your Instagram, Facebook, WhatsApp Business, or TikTok account from MessageMart AI, we stop processing new data from that platform immediately. Previously stored data tied to that connection will be deleted in accordance with the process described above.
